We aim to reply as soon as possible. If your question is about starting classes, booking a free trial class is often the quickest way to get going. You can also find answers on our FAQ page.
Do I need any special software for classes?
No special equipment is needed. A phone, tablet or laptop with a stable internet connection is enough. We will share joining details when your class is confirmed.
Can I choose a male or female teacher?
You can tell us your preference on the free trial form, and we will do our best to match you with a suitable teacher.
Do you teach students outside my country?
Yes. All classes are live and online, so students can learn from anywhere. We schedule lessons around your local time zone.
